Appointments can be booked online or by calling the clinic. Please select the appropriate appointment type so we can allocate the right amount of time.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide advance notice. Missed appointments may result in a fee.
Prescription Renewals
Please request prescription renewals in advance. Some medications require an appointment before renewal.
Forms and Medical Notes
Completion of forms or medical notes may require an appointment and may not be covered by OHIP.
