Our Physicians
Dr. Matthew Mazurek
Dr. Mazurek completed his undergraduate studies in Psychology at McMaster University in 2010, followed by his medical degree at McMaster University in 2014. He then completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Toronto, based at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, finishing in 2016. He has been practising comprehensive primary care in the GTA since graduating.
His studies in psychology have shaped a longstanding interest in mental health and how life circumstances, relationships, and environment influence overall well-being.
His clinical interests include mental health care, psychotherapy-informed practice, and the social determinants of health. He aims to provide care that is thoughtful and collaborative, grounded in understanding each patient’s broader life context.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Mazurek enjoys running, travel, and photography.
Dr. Patricia Lee
Dr. Lee received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Western Ontario in 2005 and completed her residency training and Master of Science at the University of Toronto and the University of Western Ontario in 2011.
In addition, Dr. Lee is associate staff at Brampton Civic Hospital where she practices low-risk obstetrics and newborn care, and she serves as an Attending Physician at the Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care in Mississauga. Dr. Lee is also a clinical adjunct faculty member in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto, as well as the School of Medicine at the Toronto Metropolitan University.
Dr. Fabiha Rahman
Dr. Rahman is a dedicated family physician who earned her Medical Degree from the University of Ottawa in 2020 and completed her residency at the University of Alberta in 2022. She is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care and enjoys building long-term health partnerships with her patients. Dr. Rahman will be accepting new patients to her panel starting in December 2026.
